·                     Oversee day to day operations of field contractors for various maintenance programs and projects. Accomplishments include:

·                     Reviving and improving the company foundation and corrosion inspection program by bringing on board contractor that specializes in corrosion inspection and assessment. Upon analyzing results, develops and oversees corrective maintenance plan.

·                     Converted existing non-compliant climbing apparatus to OSHA approved climbing ladders on 60 Monopoles.

·         Utilized Geographic Information Systems to:

·                     Accurately update the GIS mapping system with information from sources including work management systems, construction drawings, work orders, and field reports.

·                     Produce 4kv-13kv circuit prints

·                     Create maps requested by engineers that were project specific in order to better visualize equipment and assets of interest.

·                     Run reports and analyze existing data.
